Villa Bellevue

Overview

In Ouistreham Riva Bella, facing the sea, this 1920s Anglo-Norman style villa has been fully renovated. Very bright and quiet, it can host up to 10 guests, ideal for enjoying a large sandy beach and exploring Normandy.

The living area, over 70 sqm, is on the upper floor of the villa, so everyone can enjoy the sea view at any time of day. This bright, spacious space combines a lounge, dining area and kitchen, and opens onto a sea-facing balcony terrace, perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. A very large fireplace makes for cosy evenings.

On the ground floor, a sea-facing terrace completes the small garden, sheltered from the wind and south-facing, with an outdoor table and barbecue for dining and relaxing outside. Sun loungers, beach games and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach are provided.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and bath towels are provided. The house, fully renovated and recently insulated, offers excellent thermal performance. If you need extra beds, more space, or simply to park in the driveway, the neighbouring house (4 beds) can also be made available subject to availability.

Access

The house is right on the seafront. Free parking at the back. Access via a manual gate and a small driveway shared with the other house; you may stop in front of the house to unload luggage and groceries, but not park in the driveway.
